Dispatch

The DESPAR storefront currently states that orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch timing may vary for holidays, address verification, or operational delays; we will contact you if an order is affected.

Delivery Estimates

Orders are estimated to arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends; public holidays, destination, carrier availability, and other conditions outside our control may affect delivery. The estimate shown at checkout or in your tracking details is the best available estimate for your order.

Shipping Charges

The store currently offers free express shipping on orders of INR 1,999 or more. Orders below the threshold may have a shipping charge shown in your bag before checkout. Confirm the eligible delivery regions and any exclusions before launch.

Tracking

Use the order reference from your confirmation to check the latest status on the Track Order page. Carrier scans may take time to appear after dispatch.
